This original petition is filed seeking an early disposal of E.P.No.356 of 2014 in OP(MV) No.1350 of 1993 pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Neyyattinkara.

2. This court passed an order on 06.11.2025 directing the Registry to get a report from the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Neyyattinkara, as to the present status of E.P.No.356/2024 in O.P. (MV) No.1350/1993. Pursuant to the above direction, a communication has been received from the Tribunal concerned on 20.11.2025 stating that the E.P and E.A.No.1 of 2024, which was filed for restoring E.A.No.13 of 2022, are stated to be pending.

3. Taking note of the fact that the Execution Petition is of the year 2024, there will be a direction to the Tribunal concerned to pass appropriate orders in the Execution Petition and also in any pending interlocutory application, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
