J U D G M E N T
The petitioner challenges Ext.P3 request made by the 2nd respondent herein for revision of the timings of his stage carriage. It is stated that the timing conference for considering the same scheduled as per Ext.P6 on 21.02.2025, was stayed by this Court, and the interim order is still in force.
2. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is objecting to the revision of timings of the stage carriage of the 2nd respondent, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner as well, while considering the request for revision of timings preferred by the 2nd respondent herein. The 1st respondent will advert to the rival contentions and pass a speaking order adverting to the same, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All the contentions of the parties are left open.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
