J U D G M E N T
The petitioner challenges Ext.P7 notice, which scheduled the timing conference for considering the revision of the timings of the stage carriage of the 2nd respondent herein. The petitioner objects to the same.
2. Taking note of the fact that the 1st respondent has already scheduled a timing conference, the writ petition is disposed of, directing that the objections of the petitioner and the 3rd respondent also be considered while considering the request for revision of timings of the stage carriage of the 2nd respondent.
3. The 1st respondent will advert to the rival contentions and pass a speaking order, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All the contentions of the parties are left open.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
