J U D G M E N T

The petitioner challenges Ext.P7 notice, which scheduled the timing conference for considering the revision of the timings of the stage carriage of the 2^nd respondent herein. The petitioner objects to the same.

2. Taking note of the fact that the 1^st respondent has already scheduled a timing conference, the writ petition is disposed of, directing that the objections of the petitioner and the 3^rd respondent also be considered while considering the request for revision of timings of the stage carriage of the 2^nd respondent.

3. The 1^st respondent will advert to the rival contentions and pass a speaking order, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All the contentions of the parties are left open.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
