J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers;
“(i) Direct the Hon’ble State Transport Appellate Tribunal to consider Exhibit P7 appeal and pass orders without any further delay.
(ii) Direct the 1st respondent to issue temporary permit for vehicle No. KL-12D-2757 to operate on the route Kozhikode – Areekode for four months or till the disposal of Exhibit.P7 appeal (iii) Petitioner may be permitted to dispense with the filing of translation of the vernacular documents. And (iv) To pass such orders or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.”
2. This Court had directed the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, to file a report as regards the status of MVAA No.121 of 2025 and also the probable time required for disposal of the same.
3. Pursuant to the above order, a communication was received on
05.12.2025 from the Tribunal, stating that the appeal can be disposed of within two months. This is recorded.
4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, to dispose of MVAA No.121 of 2025 in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It will
