J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers;

“i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to consider and pass final orders on Ext.P2, application submitted by the petitioner for issuing a certified copy of the time schedule on the route Ponnani – Shornur in respect of stage carriage KL-52/K 5038, after giving an opportunity of hearing, forthwith, or at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.

ii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

iii) To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents;”

2. Taking note of the fact that Ext.P2 request made by the petitioner for issuing a time schedule is pending consideration before the respondent, there will be a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the same, in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, on the petitioner complying with the statutory conditions.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
