JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner impugns Ext.P6 interim order passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in M.V.A.A. No.381 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied with a direction to the Tribunal to pass final orders in M.V.A.A. No.381 of 2025. This is recorded.

2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, to pass final orders in M.V.A.A. No.381 of 2025, untrammelled by any reason in Ext.P6 order, in accordance with law and after hearing the petitioner and the other affected parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
