Dated this the 5^th day of December, 2025 O R D E R This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS ), 2023.

2. The petitioner is accused No.5 in Crime No.587/2024 of Aloor Police Station. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Section s 406 , 420, 464, 471, 295, 295(A), 379, 506 r/w Section 34 of the IPC .

3. The prosecution case as narrated from Anx.IV order reads thus:

“During the period from 10.04.2023 to 01.11.2023 on different occasions, with fraudulent intention to deceive the the defacto complainant, accused No.5 (petitioner herein) fraudulently obtained a sum of Rs.57,50,000/- from the de-facto complainant and he also received an amount of Rs.17,00,000/ through his account in Maruthi Enterprises at Bangalore,1^st accused received Rs.30,70,000/- and transferred the same to the financial institution in the ownership of 2^nd , 3^rd and 4^th accused who are the relatives of the 1^st accused without the knowledge of the de-facto complainant on a false promise that the de-facto complainant will be inducte
