This petition is filed by the petitioners/decree holders for issuing direction to the Principal Sub Court, Palakkad to dispose of E.A.517/2025 in E.A.No.301/2019 in E.P.No.82/2018 filed by the petitioners with time bound manner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

A report dated 24.11.2025 has been received from the trial court, wherein it is stated that the EP filed by the petitioners/decree holders, wherein the 3rd party applicant filed the EA No.301/2019. Previously, the said application was disposed of and the same was set aside by the High Court in Ex.F.A.No.17/2025, with a direction to the execution court granting an opportunity to the parties to lead evidence and pass an order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the report from the Advocate Commissioner, and the time period granted for disposing the EA No.301/2019 is expiring on 20.12.2025.
