ORDER

Dated this the 10th day of December, 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure-1 First Information Report in Crime No.1705/2021 registered by the Peroorkada Police Station, Thiruvanathapuram.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the investigation in the case is complete, the Final Report has been filed before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-IV, Thiruvanathapuram and the case is numbered as C.C.No.73/2024.

In light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed, but without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to challenge the Final Report or to file applications for discharge before the Trial Court, provided the charge has not been framed till date.
