Withdrawal of petition does not bar subsequent petitions for relief.

After arguing this matter for some time, Smt.Preeja V.P. -learned counsel for the petitioner – presumably being aware of the predicament of her client that Ext.P7 has not been challenged – sought permission to withdraw this Original Petition, with liberty being reserved to her client to move this Court or the learned Family Court appropriately with properly constituted reliefs.

In the afore circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn; with every liberty available to the parties being reserved to them in law.
