O R D E R Dated this the 8th day of December 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure A FIR and all further proceedings in Crime No.422/2015 registered by the Mangalapuram Police Station.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer in the above crime has already filed a U.N.report before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Attingal on 18.01.2016.
In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C is closed as unnecessary.
