O R D E R Dated this the 8^th day of December 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to direct the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Hosdurg, to release the seized amount of Rs. 3,01,000/-

to the petitioner.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, subsequent to the petitioner filing Annexure A1 petition before the Trial Court, a crime has been registered and the matter has already been transferred to the Enforcement Directorate.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C is closed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
