ORDER
Dated this the 08th day of December, 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure A2 order passed by the Court of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Fort Cochin in M.C.No.682/2022.
2. In Annexure A2 order, the petitioners were directed to show cause why they should not be ordered to execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum to keep peace for a period of one year from 05.12.2022. As the time period in Annexure A2 order has already lapsed, I am of the view that nothing further survives in this Crl.M.C.
Consequently, the Crl.M.C is dismissed as infructuous.
