ORDER

The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.1247/2024 registered by the Kannur City Police Station.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already laid the Final Report before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Kannur on 05.10.2025.

In light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but without prejudice to the right of the the petitioner to challenge the Final Report or to file an application before the above Court for discharge, provided the charge has not been framed till date.
