Dated this the 8th day of December, 2025 ORDER The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to direct the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Alappuzha (Trial Court) to consider and dispose of CC Nos.1086/2016, 1560/2017 and 1772/2019, expeditiously.
2. By report dated 13.11.2025, the Trial Court has informed this Court that CC No.1560/2017 can be disposed of within six months from the date of communication. Likewise, by communication dated 22.11.2025, the Trial Court has informed that the trial in CC Nos.1086/2016 and 1772/2019 has already commenced.
3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
On a consideration of the facts and materials on record, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, I direct the Trial Court to consider and dispose of CC Nos.1086/2016, 1560/2017 and 1772/2019, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within six months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
