Dated this the 8th day of December, 2025 ORDER The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to direct the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-III, Neyyattinkara (Trial Court) to consider and dispose of CC No.136/2020, expeditiously.
2. By report dated 03.12.2025, the Trial Court has informed this Court that the plea of the accused has been recorded. Summons has been issued to CW1 and the case stands posted to 24.12.2025. The case can be disposed of within eight months from the date of communication.
3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
On a consideration of the facts and materials on record, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, I dispose of the Criminal Miscellaneous Case by directing the Trial Court to consider and dispose of CC No.136/2020, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within eight months from 03.12.2025.
