ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to direct the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Kannur (‘Trial Court’, for short), to consider and dispose of C.C. No. 669/2021, expeditiously.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 27.11.2025, the Trial Court, by communication dated 05.12.2025, has informed this Court that two witnesses have already been examined in the above case. Again, CWs 3 to 12 are to be examined. The case has been posted along with a connected matter on 03.01.2026 for the examination of CWs 3 and 4. The Trial Court would dispose of the above case within three months from 05.12.2025.

3. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, I dispose of the Crl.M.C. by directing the Trial Court to consider and dispose of C.C.

No. 669/2021 within three months from today.
