O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure-1 FIR in Crime No.758 of 2024 registered by the Kottayam East Police Station.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already laid the final report on 30.10.2025 before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kottayam.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to either challenge the final report or file an application for discharge before the jurisdictional court, provided the charge has not been framed yet.
