J U D G M E N T
This appeal arises out the order passed by the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Thiruvananthapuram, in complaint No.277/2022, as affirmed by the Kerala Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, in REFA No.82/2023.
2. During the pendency of the appeal, the parties were referred for mediation before the Mediation Centre, attached to the Kerala High Court. It is reported that the parties have settled the dispute and reduced the terms and condition into writing. A Memorandum of Agreement has been executed in this regard. Taking note of the agreement, this appeal is disposed of as settled.
M.S.A No.35 of 2024 The agreement entered between the parties shall also form part of the judgment and the parties are governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement entered between them, before the mediator.
