JUDGMENT
Dated this the 2nd day of December, 2025 The petitioner states that he has applied for the post of Tutor (Panchavadyam) in Travancore Devaswom Board pursuant to Ext.P1 notification for appointment to the post issued by the 3rd respondent as per Category No.09/2023 dated 11.10.2023. Ext.P2 is the application of the petitioner for the said post of Tutor (Panchavadyam), dated 12.10.2023.
2. The petitioner belongs to Economically Weaker Section category. Ext.P3 Certificate dated 22.11.2024 has been issued by the Village Officer, Konni, stating that the petitioner belongs to Economically Weaker Sections of Citizens in General Category for the purpose of Reservation under Clause 6 of Article 16 of the Constitution of India . Even though seven vacancies of Tutor (Panchavadyam) are available in the Kshethra Kalapeedom under the Devaswom Board and the petitioner is the 7th rank holder in Ext.P4 Rank List, the 3rd respondent is not givi
