ORDER Devan Ramachandran, J.

This petition, seeking review of the judgment of this Court dated 30.10.2025, has been filed not because there is any error apparent on it, but because the ‘Mubarath’ agreement for divorce has not been filed on account of an inadvertent omission.

2. The original of the ‘Mubarath’

agreement has now been placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner, subsequent to the judgment; and we are, therefore, of the view that the parties require to be given an opportunity of being able to act as per its terms.

3. In the afore circumstances, we allow this petition and recall our judgment dated

30.10.2025 in Mat.Appeal No.381/2025, thus with the same restored to file; and proceed to dictate a fresh one, as requested by the learned counsel on both sides.
