JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i. A writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider Exhibit P3 application submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a time frame.
ii. Any other further relief or order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper to meets the ends of justice.
iii. Dispense with the filing of translation of the vernacular documents.
iv. Award the cost of these proceedings.”

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P3 application for building permit.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
After hearing both sides, I think the prayer can be allowed. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
