JUDGMENT
The petitioner had made a request for a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), which was not granted based on Ext.P1 objection following the registration of Crime No.240/2025 under Section 115 (2), 351(2) BNS , which led to CC 400735/2025 pending trial before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court -II, Perinthalmanna.
2. The petitioner had also made a request to the court concerned for a direction to the Police to issue a No Objection Certificate for obtaining a PCC, which was rejected as per Ext.P3 order on 03.11.2025.
3. Taking note of the judgments of this Court, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a Customised PCC to the petitioner, also mentioning the details of the case mentioned in Ext.P3 order. The needful shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. However, it is made clear that the petitioner will not undertake travel outside the country without getting permission from the court concerned.
