This Crl.M.C is filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the 2^nd respondent to grant interim custody of the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-41-L-4961 in favour of the Petitioner and further seeking a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Annexure-A3 claim petition and pass appropriate orders thereon in favour of the petitioner. 2. Today, when the case is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the vehicle has already been released and hence, this Crl.M.C has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, this Crl.M.C is closed as infructuous.
