J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 18th day of November, 2025 This writ petition was filed at a stage when the dispute between a section of the students and the teaching staff of the petitioner college had led to law and order issues.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that at present there are no issues and if there are any problems in future, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the police.

3. Learned Government Pleader also submits on instructions that no law and order issues have been reported recently.

The writ petition is hence closed, without prejudice to the petitioner’s right to alert the police in the event of there being any law and order issues in future.
