ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner herein is that despite the remittance of fine imposed by this Court in Crl.Rev.Pet.No.1457 of 2002, which was against the conviction and sentence awarded in S.C.No.45 of 1999 of the Assistant Sessions Court, Cherthala, the police has been haunting him with the threat that he is liable to be arrested and detained in enforcement of the sentence awarded by the Trial Court in the said case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State of Kerala.

Annexure A1- order passed by this Court on 09.04.2013 in Crl.Rev.Pet.No.1457 of 2002 would reveal that this Court had set aside the conviction and sentence passed by the Assistant Sessions Court, Cherthala, under Section 307 IPC upon the petitioner, and modified the finding to one under Section 324 IPC.
