ORDER

This is an application seeking anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner as on this date based on the pleadings in the bail application. It is further submitted that the Police have no intention to arrest the petitioner for the time being.

3. The submission is recorded.

4. If the Police require the presence of the petitioner in connection with any crime that may be registered based on the allegations in the Bail Application, a notice under Section

35(3) of the BNSS shall be issued to the petitioner.

The Bail Application stands closed as above.
