J U D G M E N T
Dated this the 16th day of October, 2025 This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the Station House Officer, Venmony Police Station to provide adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the atrocities and illegal activities being committed by the 2nd respondent, who is none other than the petitioner’s daughter-in-law.
2. On the writ petition being taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submitted on instructions that the petitioner had given a statement to the Station House Officer that the dispute between him and the 2nd respondent is now resolved, and harassment by the 2nd respondent has ceased. That statement is recorded in the Station Register and signed by the petitioner.
