JUDGMENT Dated this the 15th day of December, 2025 The petitioner, who is working as Superintendent in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, is aggrieved by non-sanctioning and non-disbursement of Provident Fund Loan applied for by the petitioner.
2. The petitioner states that non-consideration of the claim of the petitioner for sanctioning loan from her PF Account is causing serious hardship to the petitioner.
3. Standing Counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondents and resisted the writ petition. The Standing Counsel denied all the allegations made by the petitioner in the writ petition. On behalf of the respondents, it is submitted that the KSRTC is facing severe financial difficulties and is finding it difficult to pay even the current salary to its employees. The KSRTC is taking steps to generate sufficient funds. As far as the petitioner is concerned, the Provident Fund Loan applied for by her can be disbursed within a period of six months.
