JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or direction directing Respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that the unauthorized Auto rickshaws parking in front of the building of the Petitioner by Respondents 4 to 7 and others are removed forthwith ;
ii. To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or direction directing Respondents 1 to 3 to prevent the unauthorized parking of Autorickshaws by Respondents 4 to 7 and their supporters in front of the building of the Petitioner by putting necessary sign boards within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;
iii. To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents iv. To grant such other and further reliefs as are just, proper and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration on
10.11.2025, this Court passed the following order:
“The Standing Counsel appearing for the Grama Panchayat submitted that, his oral instructions is that, there is no authorized autorickshaw parking in front of the commercial building of the petitioner. If that is the case, the 2nd respondent will ensure that there is no unauthorized parking of autorickshaw by respondent Nos.4 to 7 and their supporters in front of the building of the petitioner, obstructing the ingress and egress to the building.
Respondents can file a counter, if any, and bring up the matter, if there is any urgency.
Post on 15/12/2025.”
3. No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. In the light of the above fact, I think the interim order can be made absolute.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, making the interim order dated 10.11.2025 absolute.
