JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or direction directing Respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that the unauthorized Auto rickshaws parking in front of the building of the Petitioner by Respondents 4 to 7 and others are removed forthwith ;

ii. To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or direction directing Respondents 1 to 3 to prevent the unauthorized parking of Autorickshaws by Respondents 4 to 7 and their supporters in front of the building of the Petitioner by putting necessary sign boards within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

iii. To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents iv. To grant such other and further reliefs as are just, proper and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.
