JUDGMENT
(Dated this the 11th day of December, 2025 The prayers in the writ petition are as follows;
“(i) To call for the records leading to the proceedings of the Respondents under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 from the Respondents and issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ order of direction quashing all proceedings under the SARFAESI Act against the Petitioner and the secured asset.
(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to grant One Time Settlement Scheme to the Petitioner to settle the loan liability as full and final settlement within a stipulated time as directed by this Hon’ble Court and till then further coercive proceedings for taking possession of secured asset and the sale of the property of the petitioner may be kept in abeyance.
(iii) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to consider and dispose of Ext.P10 request of the petitioner for One Time Settlement Scheme within a stipulated time as directed by this Hon’ble Court and extend the benefit of OTS to the pe
