The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No.92 of 2021 registered by the Maradu Police Station.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating officer has already laid the final report before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-VIII, Ernakulam and the case is numbered as C.C.No.598 of 2021.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but by reserving the right of the petitioners to either challenge the final report or file an application for discharge before the jurisdictional court, provided the charge has not been framed yet.
