JUDGMENT
Dated this the 10th day of December, 2025 Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 representations after hearing the representatives of the petitioner association within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent who upon instructions submitted that Exts.P3 and P4 representations are received and pending, and that appropriate decision on the same will be taken without any delay.
Taking into consideration above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 representations submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, and after affording an opportunity of being heard to the representatives of the petitioner association.
