JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P4 order issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, by which Ext.P3 order of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General), Malappuram, granting registration to the amendment of the bye-laws of the petitioner bank extending its area of operation to Pandikkad Village, Malappuram district, was set aside. It is submitted that Ext.P4 order was passed on the premise that the registration of the amendment to the bye-laws of the petitioner Bank would result in the petitioner bank being able to operate within the area of operation of the
