JUDGMENT
Muralee Krishna, J.
The petitioner in W.P.(C) No.43761 of 2025 filed this writ appeal under Section 5 (i) of the Kerala High Court Act , 1958, challenging the judgment dated 02.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in that writ petition.
2. The appellant, who is an aspirant to secure admission for MBBS in All India Quota (‘AIQ’ for short), who secured all India rank 14,628 in NEET UG 2025, filed W.P.(C) No.43761 of 2025 seeking the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order directing the 2nd and 4th respondents to admit the petitioner as per (Ext.P1) allotment letter to the petitioner for admission to the MBBS course at Government Medical College, Manjeri;
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order directing Respondent 4 to reserve/protect one MBBS seat for the petitioner in Government Medical College, Manjeri, or in any other Government Medical Co
