When this matter came up for arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the defacto complainant/ Addl. 2nd respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
In the above circumstances this Crl. revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for quashing the case against the petitioner. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, now coercive steps are pending before the learned Sessions Judge, against the petitioner. In the above circumstance, there will be a direction not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of one month from today.
