It is submitted by the learned counsel for the review petitioner that an application to set aside the ex parte order is pending before the Rent Control Court, Tirur. In the light of the fact that the application to set aside ex parte order in R.C.P. No. 11/2021 is pending, there shall be a direction to the Rent Control Court to take a decision on the said application within one month. Till a decision is taken as above, execution proceedings shall stand deferred.

The original petition is accordingly disposed of.
