JUDGMENT The petitioner claimed transfer of registry on the strength of a joint Will. However, the same has not been done, is the short grievance of the petitioner.
2. This Court notice that the transfer of registry has to be done by the Tahsildar concerned, who is not a party herein.
3. In the circumstances, ‘Tahsildar, Kunnathunadu Taluk Office (Perumbavoor), Mini Civil Station, Pooppani Road, Perumpavoor-683542’ is suo motu impleaded as the additional 3rd respondent, for whom the learned Government Pleader takes notice.
4. There will be a direction to the additionally impleaded 3rd respondent to consider petitioner’s application for transfer of registry based on Ext.P2/Will in the light of law laid down by this Court in R.Babu v. State of Kerala [ 2024 KHC 7141 ], expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a copy of the judgment before the additional 3rd respondent for compliance. This Writ Petition will stand disposed of as above.
