Dated this the 30th day of December, 2025 JUDGMENT The petitioner approached this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , seeking the following reliefs:
“a) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondents to consider Ext-P1 representation submitted by the petitioner to issue fresh permit to the petitioner subject to counter signature in the upcoming supplementary agenda.
b) Pass such other and further directions in favour of the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.”
2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied with a direction to consider Ext.P1 application by the 2nd respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
4. Having regard to the submissions, I am of the view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of with the following direction: The 2nd respondent shall consider Ext.P1 application (Department Ref No.4602508033845211) submitted by the petitioner dated 13.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months.
