JUDGMENT
Dated this the 26th day of December, 2025 The petitioner is the holder of regular permit No.KL99/5008/2007 which is valid up to 28.06.2027 for the route Sreekrishnapuram, Kadampazhipuram, 16th Mile, Kunduvampadam, Manjapra, Parasserry, Konal route length of 35.5 kilometers with the proposed timings. The 3rd respondent’s application for fresh regular stage carriage permit was the 16th item before the 1st respondent in the Meeting held on 19.06.2025. The timing conference of the 3rd respondent’s permit is scheduled on 30.12.2025 at 10.30 A.M. The petitioner’s permit timings are having clash with the 3rd respondent’s proposed timings. The petitioner approached the respondents 1 and 2 with regard to the objections and grievances of the timings of the permits. But respondents 1 and
2 are not considering the prayer of the petitioner.
2. Government Pleader submits that if the petitioner places a written objection, the same can be considered in accordance with law.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader representing respondents 1 and 2. Notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with in view of the nature of the relief to be granted in this writ petition. In the circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to place the objection before the 1st respondent within 48 hours. If the petitioner submits the written objection, the 1st respondent shall consider the objection also while finalizing the timings in respect of the 3rd respondent.
