ORDER
Dated this the 18th day of December, 2025 The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.10394 of 2025 of Punlur Police Station. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 376 , 376(2)(n), 376(2)(f) of Indian Penal Code , Section 6 6E of the Information Technology Act , 2008 and Sections 4 , 3A, 6, 5l, 5n of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (PoCSO Act, in short).
2. The prosecution case is that the accused who is a close relative of the mother of the victim, committed rape upon her on 15.05.2022 and on another day in June, captured the scenes on his mobile phone and continued to commit rape upon her, black mailing and intimidating her using the photographs and thereby he is alleged to have committed the aforesaid offences.
