JUDGMENT
Dated this the 16th day of December, 2025 The petitioners 1 to 27, except 5,10,15,22 and 27 are the Managers of Schools whereas petitioners 5,10,15 and 22 are Headmistress of the respective schools. Petitioner
27 is the Co-ordinator of the school which he represents.
2. This Writ petition is filed against the closure notice issued to the respective schools. They approached this Court on an earlier round by preferring various writ petitions. By judgment dated 05.07.2018 the matter was disposed of with the following directions.
“i) In respect of the schools which had applied for recognition or for No Objection Certificate and stands rejected, they are free to submit application for recognition and No Objection Certificate again. Those who have not so far applied for recognition, they must apply for the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
