JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents
2 and 3 to correct the date of birth of the petitioner as 31.05.1984 in Ext.P5 Aadhaar Card instead of 31.05.1982.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date and month have been corrected, but the year has not yet corrected.
3. The respondents have filed a counter affidavit as follows:-

It is submitted that from the records available in UIDAI portal, it is seen that the Aadhaar Number Holder ("ANH") (Aadhaar No-xxxx-xxxx-2461) has already updated his DOB once (i.e, from 30.05.1982 to 31.05.1982) and he has exhausted the chances. As stated at para 4 (a) above, the Petitioner may visit any of the enrolment centers and change DOB from 31.05.1982 to 31.05.1984 with the assistance of the operator and/or supervisor by providing birth certificate issued by authorized authority (from the respective state) under the Registration of Births and Deaths act, 1969 read with the Registration of Birth and
