The court determined that the stay order from the Supreme Court renders the contempt petition without substance at this time.

Headnote:In the present contempt petition, the court examines the decision by the Supreme Court in SLP

(C) No. 63283/2025, which has stayed the operation of an earlier order from OP (CAT) No. 34 of 2025. The court concludes that the contempt petition requires no further adjudication due to the stay order, allowing for the possibility of future action by the petitioner as necessary. The court ruled, 'nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition at present.'
