JUDGMENT This writ petition has been filed challenging Ext.P5 order dated 17.05.2023 issued by the competent authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 .
When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the entire amount, which is subject matter of Ext.P5 order, has been paid by the 3rd respondent and therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition.
Taking into consideration the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
