JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"i. Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Direction, directing the 3rd respondent to reconsider Exhibit.P10 online application submitted by the petitioner for renewal of Exhibit.P2 fire NOC issued by the 1st respondent for the period of years from the date of expiry of Exhibit.P9 issued by the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be decided by this Hon’ble Court.
ii. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other Writ, Order or Direction by quashing Exhibit.P13 order issued by the 3rd respondent after calling for the records leading towards the same from the office of the 3rd respondent."
