JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
1) Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or any other direction directing the 4th respondent or competent among other Respondents to connect solar plants installed in Petitioner's villa project without insisting on drawing of underground power cables.
2) Issue such other appropriate writ, direction or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the Board submits that a hearing was conducted, as directed by this Court, on 2nd December, 2025, in which the petitioner agreed to facilitate the display of the solar meter reading near the net meter by using a Wi-Fi modem and a display module for display purposes and that this the same is acceptable to the Board. This is recorded.
Accordingly, nothing further remains to be considered in the writ petition, and the same is closed as above.
