Court's directive to expedite disposal of pending applications within specified time frames.

JUDGMENT

At the time of admission, this Court has sought a report from the Sub Court I-A, Kozhikode, regarding the status of E.A. No.419 of 2022 and E.P. No.436 of 2021 in O.S. No.444 of 2013 and the time required for the disposal of the same. A report has been received stating that a period of four months time is required for the disposal of the EP’s and that time is sought till 30.06.2026 for disposal of the EA’s In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of directing the Sub Court I-A, Kozhikode to consider and dispose of the EA’s at the earliest, at any rate before 05.02.2026 and to dispose of the EP’s within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
