JUDGMENT
Petitioner’s team participated in the event ‘Vattappattu’ at the Thrissur Revenue District School Kalolsavam 2025-2026, and secured third place with ‘A’ Grade. Aggrieved by the position he secured in the event, an appeal was preferred. By order dated 04.12.2025 the appellate authority after verifying the videographs of the event and the report of the stage manager, came to the conclusion that there was no error sufficient enough to warrant interference and rejected the appeal. The said decision is produced as Ext.P2 and is now under challenge in this writ petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.
3. The candidates for participation in the State Kalolsavam is determined by the position they secure in the District Kalolsavam. Only those who secure first place with ‘A’ Grade are permitted. Petitioner unfortunately obtained only third place with ‘A’ Grade and hence he is unabl
