ORDER

The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.454/2022 registered by the Pathanamthitta Police Station, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Section s 409 and 420 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code . By Annexure A1 order, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court subject to (viii) conditions. As per condition No.(vi) the petitioner has been directed to not to leave the State of Kerala or the Country without the previous permission of the Court concerned. Initially, the petitioner had undergone medical treatment in the State. Subsequently, by Annexure A3 order, the petitioner was granted permission by the Trial Court to go to Thirunalveli for medical treatment. Now the petitioner has also secured employment in Odisha and Karnataka as evidenced by Annexures A4 and A5 appointment letters. Therefore, condition No.(vi) in Annexure A1 order may be quashed. Hence, the Crl.M.C.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
